Terrence Williams became one of my favorite UofL players before he ever stepped on the court wearing Cardinal red (we didn’t have infrared in those days). I watched him kiss the cardinal at the Derby Festival Classic game and that was all it took. Years later I’ve followed his NBA career through it’s ups and downs, eventually getting a good opportunity with the Sacramento Kings. After being cut by the Rockets, T-Will was signed to a 10 day contract with the Kings, and he made the most of it. After a couple of solid outings, the Kings sured up Williams for the rest of the year, and he is continue his good play. I don’t know if the Kings will resign him next year (I’d love to see him stay with Cisco), but hopefully this late season surge will land him somewhere next year. It’s good to see T-Will playing well again, hopefully he has found his place.
The picture of Williams for this wallpaper was provided by Steven Chea from cowbell kingdom. Steven was kind enough to give me permission to use his work, so please take a second to check it out. And Cowbell Kingdom seems to be a great site to get Kings news, so be sure to head over there as well. Thanks for looking!
